Ingredients
For the cauliflower:
- 1 whole medium-size, fresh, white cauliflower
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 4 tablespoons of Garcia de la Cruz olive oil
For the dressing:
- ¼ cup Darinne tahini
- fresh parsley
- fresh cilantro
- fresh mint
- 2 garlic cloves
- juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup of cold water

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 220C.
- Fill hot water in a pot, add 1 teaspoon of salt and boil the cauliflower.
- Boil for around 10 minutes, depending on the size of the cauliflower, until it becomes soft but not too soft.
- Drain the water and place the cauliflower on a baking dish.
Bake it for 20- 25 minutes until the top turns golden brown. - Transfer the cauliflower to a nice plate and drizzle the tahini sauce on top.
