Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons Colavita extra virgin olive oil
- 100g Darinne cooked chickpeas
- A pinch Abido ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves pressed through a garlic press
- ½ teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon salt
- A pinch red pepper flakes
- Chopped fresh parsley
- Chopped fresh basil and mint
- Chopped fresh rosemary

Directions
- In a medium bowl whisk the Colavita olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, lemon zest, salt, red pepper flakes and black pepper.
- Stir in the chickpeas, parsley, basil, mint and rosemary.
