Ingredients
- 300g Darinne red beetroot
- 300g feta cheese
- 3 tablespoons Darinne capers
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons Garcia de la Cruz olive oil
- Tabasco sauce, to taste
- Nutmeg (optional)
- Fresh thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
- Blend all the ingredients: red beetroot, feta cheese, capers, Dijon mustard, olive oil, Tabasco sauce, fresh thyme, nutmeg, salt, and pepper until you get a smooth paste.
- Put the mixture into a bowl and sprinkle with extra virgin olive oil and some finely chopped fresh thyme.
